under licence No. 3.1.5.6 dated 3 July 2026.
Basis
Licence and regulations
The licence was issued in accordance with the order of the Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated 2 July 2026 No. B-128. The scope of operations, the procedure and the timelines are set out in the regulations.
